Hi There,
Its good to see you here. Resumes are pretty tight to squeeze in all the information, aren’t they? That’s why I got this space on web to showcase everything I have done so far and what I am on currently. I hope you find my this little space interesting.
Oh, by the way, most of the skills I have got are self taught from my startups!!!
My Major Work Experiences
Airmeet (Dec 2020 – Jun 2023)
Airmeet is a SAAS company providing users to bridge the gap between the offline and online events by hosting their events on Airmeet.
Intern (3 Months)
Joined as an intern and learned about the company and work processes. Initially, it was just training and learning of the work processes and culture, but soon enough, I found some inefficiencies in the SOPs and took it up as a personal task.
Events Success Associate
Once I finished my probation period, I suggested my team leader that the current SOPs have inefficiencies and presented my work, it was approved and very well praised. Very soon, I started to find redundancies in work process and working on automations to reduce the manual work, along with my KPIs.
Sr. Events Success Associate
Very soon I was promoted to a senior designation for bringing in new ideas and improving the existing work processes. I worked in cross-team collaboration to improve cross-team work processes. Working with the product team was a major part of my this role, to come up with the new ideas and find bugs and anomalies in the product.
Ghar Ka Kitchen (Jan 2021 – Mar 2023)
Ghar ka Kitchen was a hyper-local food delivery platform. Instead of restaurants, we had housewives operating from their home as a cloud kitchen.
The Idea
Housewives are great cooks for people who prefer simple food. And they have enough time to cook food to sell from their home without needing to deliver it by themselves.
Decoding the Food Deliveries
Instead of opening the signup for everybody, we onboarded local community workers as they know the area very well and since it used to operate hyper-locally, deliveries used to take barely 15 minutes on foot.
Learnings
– I got a deeper understanding of creating subscription models and how a food delivery platform operates.
– Thinking out of the box may take time to come up with a good idea, but definitely solves the issue, which in this case, was the delivery partners, and hiring the local community workers really helped. Which took me about 3 months to come up with.
– For the technical skills, I learned how to manage and setup a complete food delivery platform and manage the backend and the frontend on a WordPress server.
Kinpot (July 2016 – Oct 2020)
I founded Kinpot to provide customized handmade artworks like sketches, portraits, caricatures, and digital artworks for gifting.
Starting With Nothing (2016)
I got this idea when my friend was having a conversation with me about buying a present which should have some emotional value and be unique. We came up with a sketch to gift. As such handmade artworks are not something that people receives as a present generally, and the fact that someone has created a masterpiece of them, adds an emotional value to it to the person who gifted it, hence they receivers preserves it. That’s how Kinpot was started with just a friend.
The Growing Phase (2017 – 2018)
I started with zero investment and an artistic friend, first few orders were from our circles only, and we invested that money into the website, packaging, and branding. Soon enough, we started getting orders from Instagram as well through ad campaigns, and we used that revenue to expand further and run Google Ad campaigns to get traffic and international orders as well main targeting US during Christmas and Thanksgiving.
The Goodbye (2020)
Everything was going smooth from CAD 0 to about CAD 96,000 annually, it all went down with the spread of Covid-19. None of the team members could visit the office due to complete lockdown, logistics were disturbed, and had to refund the advance of all the orders as per our policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
Learnings
– How sensitive customers can be, and how difficult it can be sometimes to make a customer understand. But using the right techniques and having patience, can make it work. Check out the courses I have done to improve my customer relationship skills here.
– Learned branding and and packaging, and how right color combinations and design choice impacts the customer’s perspective towards the brand. We did 5 revisions of our brand design before finalizing the best one.
– Implemented my learnings from digital marketing courses when I got to run ad campaigns on Google and Meta.
– Got my photoshop and video editing skills brushed up designing the brand logos, banners, social media posts, and website elements.
Printwaale (March 2016 – July 2017)
I founded Printwaale with my classmate during college and we used to provide customized printing catering individual as well as corporate orders.
Starting With Nothing (2016)
This was the very beginning of my entrepreneurial journey. I didn’t have a strong knowledge, and had to start somewhere, so I started with this providing customized prints on almost everything either for gifting or just home decor. We partnered with a local giant and outsourced our orders from him.
From Growing to End (2017)
Soon from individual orders, we targeted corporate orders and bought the printing machinery in partnership with the same local partner. We also sponsored one of our college event. Soon we realized that this industry has got saturated and there are not enough margins to expand. It was one of the the wise decisions of my life to not fall in love with this venture and end it for good and start working on something else. I had Kinpot in ideation phase during this time and moved my focus to that.
Learnings
– Learned a lot about business operations. How to optimize and change the process at the right time.
– Got a lot of practical knowledge of how a business should be run and how to minimize the risk.
– The best learning? Not to fall in love with the business and be practical with it.
We Build Web (2015)
Started as a freelancer with this name. I used to build websites for small business on WordPress and handle their social media accounts.
The Beginning Of My Journey
I learned the basics of web development during my school days and got hooked, yet I had a lot more to learn. Built my first blog on WordPress.com and that’s where I got to know about WordPress Org.
I reached out to offline businesses and convince them why they should have a website. Did a few for free in the beginning to build my portfolio and started to make good money for being a teenage.

My Academics
Strategic Global Business Management (SGBM) | Sep 2023 – Apr 2025
Conestoga College, DTK Campus, Kitchener, ON
This course is a major addon to my academics. Now I have a better understanding of how global businesses work and what aspects need to be considered either while decision making for business or teams or be it about working with teams. This course has helped me understand things I wish I’d knew earlier. But, as they say, better be late than never.
M.A. Applied Psychology (Dropped Out) | Jul 2021 – Jul 2022
Delhi University, DL, IN
My childhood curiosity to understand human behavior made me pursue this course. I learned a lot from my professors in this course which has helped me in various stages of my life. I had to drop out of this course due to family problems, but I loved studying it.
Bachelor of Computer Applications | Jul 2016 – Apr 2019
GGSIP University, DL, IN
I have always been good with the technology but always wanted to build my career in management. That’s why I picked BCA as it teaches both, and its been one of the best choices I have made so far.
Bachelor of Computer Applications (Dropped Out) | Jul 2015 – Apr 2016
CCS University, U.P., IN
This university was not good enough for me to learn and enhance my knowledge, so I dropped out of this university within 6 months and took the same course next semester. The learning environment was not up to the mark.
XII, High School (Commerce) | Jul 2013 – Apr 2015
Kendriya Vidyalaya, DL, IN
I took science at first as major in school but that didn’t feel like my cup of tea. So I changed my major to commerce and finished my schooling with it.
